I chose this hotel for a town hall meeting and it was perfect. The self-parking was convenient, the 24-hour room service ensured that our needs were met at any hour, and the meeting room provided a great space for our discussions.
The only thing I missed for my work was a stronger and more reliable WiFi connection.

Beauty/peace/comfort/charming staff/stepping back in time/festival disappointing due to the recession in Italy/Spoleto interesting for a few days rest after a hectic visit to Rome.
A surly waitress who did not approve of my sitting out on the beautiful patio for breakfast!

During my recent business trip to Spoleto, my director booked us a stay at Hotel Gattapone and I must say, it was a great choice. The hotel offers a variety of amenities to ensure relaxation and comfort for its guests. Treat yourself to a rejuvenating massage or indulge in other spa services that are available on-site. The tranquil atmosphere and professional staff made my experience truly enjoyable.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at Hotel Gattapone was the very poor maintenance of the building internally and externally.

An incredible view! For those who are arriving by car, Hotel Gattapone offers free parking. So if you just trust your gps to navigate you through the narrow streets of Spoleto one time, you can park your car & leave it until departure. I love that the Hotel was at the top highest point of Spoleto. Downhill to all attractions, & then an uphill trek to work off all the pasta & gelato!
The hotel could stand to upgrade their mattresses.

I chose this hotel for a business conference and was delighted with my stay. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the viaduct and surrounding countryside. The hotel's architecture and decor are stylish and elegant. The staff were professional and helpful, providing excellent service. Other amenities, such as self-parking and 24-hour room service, added to the convenience of my stay. it was great value for money.
The only thing I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room. Despite this, the hotel provided a comfortable and suitable environment for conducting business.

The view from our room was stunning. The hotel is very stylish. All the public rooms and areas are very comfortable and also have glorious views of the aqueduct and the beautiful tree-covered valley and hillside opposite the hotel. The staff were all courteous. We loved the experience of staying in this hotel.

Jaw-dropping aqueduct views, delicious breakfast buffet, rooftop terrace, charming gardens, and concierge service. Warm welcome guaranteed. A smoke-free hotel with bar, restaurant, and check-in requirement for all, including kids.
Loved everything so much, wish I had more time to stay!

The location is mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping views of the valley and aqueduct. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread is plentiful, varied, and of high quality. The staff is incredibly welcoming and flexible with reservations, even allowing us to store our bicycles. It's a short walk to the historic center but away from the typical touristy areas.
